With strong, sustainable growth in NSW, we are looking for Civil Construction Site Engineers to join our teams in Illawarra and Campbelltown/Western Sydney to contribute to the successful delivery of multiple new projects, guided by our core values: people, integrity, and a focus on clients and safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver civil construction projects on-site to a high standard.
* Work collaboratively with project teams, including subcontractors and clients, to achieve successful outcomes.
* Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality to ensure targets are met.
* Provide guidance and support to site staff where required.
* Ensure compliance with all WHS, quality, and environmental standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
* 2–3 years' experience as a Site Engineer in civil construction.
* Strong teamwork skills and the ability to deliver results collaboratively.
* Excellent communication skills to build lasting client and stakeholder relationships.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong IT skills.
* Reliability and commitment to achieving deadlines.
