**Key Duties**:
This is a HR role that will use a case management approach with individual teachers to support their transition to rural, remote and regional locations, with a particular focus on their relocation move and accommodation needs. Duties will include:
provide support to individual teachers who are relocating to outer regions, including general relocation advice and advice about relocation entitlements and accommodation matters
support regional HR teams as they work directly with teachers around their enquiries about relocation moves and aligned entitlements. research/find/source short term or temporary accommodation, where required, in locations where accommodation is not readily available or where departmental (government) housing is already maximised
assist new teachers to source their own long term rental properties in locations where finding rentals proves difficult
work with LACs, ISD and regional HR teams regarding access to and the provision of departmental properties where appropriate.
