Key Responsibilities
Advance Clinical competence within Mental Health nursing practice.
Practice according to evidence based nursing and latest contemporary practices in nursing.
Role model and influence a high standard of clinical practice (including supervising, guiding, and coaching) among Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Graduates, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
Develop and deliver training and education, provide support and guidance to peers, patients and their families.
Work within the Recovery Model of Care, whilst clinically and professionally operating within a Trauma Informed Care and Customer Service Approach framework.
Possess a business acumen required to promote the service and drive growth.
Establish a professional working relationship with multidisciplinary members of the service, along with all other key stakeholders.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Communicate clearly, document legibly.
Patient allocation role.
Primarily day shift within Monday to Friday business hours.
Essential Criteria
Registered with AHPRA.
Bachelor of Science (Nursing).
Post graduate qualification in a relevant field of specialty.

If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF Enterprise Agreement ****, a salary of $***** – $***** per hour.
