Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner
This role plays a pivotal part in helping separating couples resolve their disputes. Our practitioners work collaboratively to provide family dispute resolution services.
Main Responsibilities
* Conflict resolution and parent education are key components of this role.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive parenting plans.
* Assessments and mediation are crucial aspects of this position, requiring the practitioner to remain impartial and composed.
* Group work may be required, with the practitioner facilitating discussions and resolving conflicts.
* Providing information, support, and referrals is essential in ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
The ideal candidate must possess a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution. This permanent, full-time position offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule, with one evening shift available. The role can be based at our Shepparton centre or delivered remotely, with monthly visits required to provide in-person work in Shepparton.
