Job Description SUMMARYThe Banquet Bartender is of service in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional manner. The role is to prepare beverages for guests and attendees following recipes and guidelines for preparation, presentation and accountability in a cost-efficient manner. The Banquet Bartender will ensure compliance with all liquor laws in the preparation, serving and consumption of alcoholic beverages in the restaurant. This position will maintain high service standards and provide all orders and services that have been contracted on Banquet Orders.
