About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide oversight and support to service delivery teams.
* The successful candidate will ensure efficient service delivery that meets client, NDIS, and organisational requirements.
* They will provide management oversight to their team, including rostering, timesheet approvals, supervision, coaching, and role modelling behaviours that foster a positive team culture.
* The Coordinator will provide direct support on shift to clients as needed, ensuring continuity of care and best practice client support.
* They will participate in the on-call schedule to address client escalations outside of regular hours.
* The Coordinator will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client care is provided to a high standard.

You must be engaging, approachable, resilient, and able to work with a variety of people, building effective relationships with our people, clients, and their guardians.
Key Requirements
* An undergraduate qualification is desirable, particularly in Human Services.
* The successful candidate will have significant (3-5 years) previous experience in working with vulnerable and at-risk clients with disability and complex needs.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and high-level computer literacy and administration skills are essential.
