Job Title: Culinary Operations Director
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Culinary Operations Director to oversee our kitchen operations in our hotel restaurant.
* Lead a team of chefs to ensure seamless food preparation and presentation, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations and promoting a positive dining experience.
* Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements, taking into account seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the kitchen staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
2. Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior culinary position, preferably in a 4-star or higher establishment.
* Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, cooking techniques and kitchen management.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
