Store Manager Role
As Store Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of your store, ensuring it's customer-focused, efficient, and cost-effective. You'll lead a high-performing team, driving sales growth and maintaining outstanding store conditions.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily store operations, achieving smooth and effective results
2. Mentor and motivate staff to meet sales objectives, providing training and coaching as needed
3. Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations, monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items
4. Lead hiring, training, and development of new staff members, fostering a positive team environment
5. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, addressing queries and complaints professionally
Requirements:
1. Proven leadership experience within a fast-paced retail environment
2. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
3. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
4. A friendly, energetic, and approachable personality
5. A strong desire to deliver high-quality customer service
6. A valid police check or willingness to obtain one if successful
