What You'll Do
* Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
* Supervise, train, and motivate junior kitchen staff
* Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
* Assist with menu planning, stock control, and ordering
* Take an active role in food preparation and service
* Ensure full compliance with food safety and workplace health standards
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Cook
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A hands-on approach with attention to detail
