About the Role
The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for delivering a full suite of property management services across a mixed portfolio of commercial assets. This includes overseeing lease and facilities management, coordinating maintenance and financial processes, and ensuring compliance with company and client requirements. The ideal candidate will be motivated, service-focused, and experienced in managing client relationships while maintaining high professional standards. This role offers long-term career potential and flexibility, including work-from-home options based on experience and capability.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including lease and facilities management.
* Coordinate leasing activities such as lease preparation, negotiation, market reviews, options, and renewals.
* Oversee property administration, including tenant onboarding, lease setup, charge implementation, arrears management, and compliance monitoring.
* Manage financial aspects including accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, outgoings reconciliations, and client reporting.
* Maintain detailed records of all property and tenancy activities.
* Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital works with tenants and approved contractors.
* Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing property inspections.
* Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
* Provide strategic advice on asset enhancement and value-add opportunities.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients, tenants, and stakeholders.
Skills and Experience Required
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar commercial property management role (essential).
* Experience using Cirrus8 property management software (highly desirable).
* Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, reconciliations, and reporting.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong client relationship management abilities.
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Current WA Real Estate Registration, Police Clearance, and Driver's Licence (required).
* Professional, motivated, and team-oriented approach with a commitment to excellence.
