Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and a clean environment. They will lead by example, drive exceptional customer service, manage inventory and stock control, maintain health & safety standards, and motivate a team.
* Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers receive an exceptional experience
* Venue Cleanliness: Maintain high cleanliness standards
* Inventory Management: Manage daily inventory and stock control
* Team Motivation: Hire, train, develop and motivate a team
* KPI Management: Drive KPIs including Labour and COGs
This includes driving exceptional team performance, managing day-to-day operations, and maintaining a safe work environment. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in creating rosters, and a positive attitude towards challenges.
