Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Premier Solution Engineer to join our team. As a member of this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch software customer service with strong communication, presentation, and customer management skills.
You will demonstrate technical aptitude and problem-solving ability to identify creative solutions. Additionally, you will apply knowledge of IaaS (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Google Compute Engine, Microsoft Azure) and understand Web and Application Servers (e.g., Tomcat, Apache, IIS).
You will utilize programming/scripting knowledge (e.g., Java, JavaScript, BASH) and have knowledge of RDBMS platforms (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MariaDB). Perform network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, Wireshark, VPN) and conduct systems administration (e.g., Linux, Windows).
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent work experience
