We're partnering with a Manufacturing company with a strong presence across Australia. They are looking for someone to start immediately in their Queensland office. This role will come with a permanent offer for the right candidate at the end of the contract engagement. Some of the role responsibilities include: Provide desktop, laptop, and peripheral support for staff in both office and plant environments. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OT (operational technology) systems. Escalate issues to appropriate teams. Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system. Details: Working hours are 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday in the office. Possibility of extension or a permanent position at the end of the contract. Getting involved with IT projects. Requirements: Previous experience as an IT Support in Manufacturing/ Industrial environment. Decent knowledge of Active Directory (AD), and Office 365 suite (Intune), Networking and OT Systems. Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Working rights in Qld (no sponsorship provided).
