Responsibilities
* Maintain office environment, including cleanliness, organization, and daily supply replenishment
* Purchase and manage office and administrative supplies; handle reimbursement processes
* Coordinate and maintain meeting room scheduling and setup
* Arrange business travel, including flight and accommodation bookings
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding administrative tasks
* Support work visa applications and liaise with immigration consultants
* Organize employee care initiatives such as birthday and holiday activities
* Ensure accurate and efficient execution of administrative tasks in accordance with company policies
* Report and address office issues promptly
* Coordinate routine administrative matters with external vendors and service providers
* Assist in planning team-building events, company activities, and meetings
* Perform other tasks assigned by management
Requirements
* Major in Administrative Management, Human Resources, or Business Administration preferred
* Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience; experience in multinational or startup companies is a plus
* Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Strong communication and coordination skills, with a high sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and patience
* Strong service mindset and execution ability; able to work under pressure
