Enterprise Kubernetes Expert Wanted
We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Kubernetes expert to drive the delivery and support of an enterprise Case Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and manage incidents end-to-end, including triage, resolution, escalation, and post-incident analysis.
* Conduct root-cause analysis for application issues and collaborate with IT teams and end users to implement solutions.
* Design and implement Kubernetes containerisation and DevOps processes, including observability features.
* Maintain system documentation and knowledge base articles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficient in ITSM tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) with strong knowledge of ITIL processes and incident/problem management.
* Skilled in application troubleshooting, issue resolution, and customer support.
* Experience with scripting, task automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins).
* Hands-on experience with containerisation (Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
* Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and collaboration skills, including working effectively in a distributed team environment.
