Care Assistant Role
We are seeking an experienced and caring professional to join our Home Care team as a Care Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care services to our clients.
Job Description:
* Deliver individualised care services tailored to each client's needs and preferences
* Assess client needs and develop effective care plans
* Provide support and guidance to clients and their families
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
* At least 2 years of relevant industry experience
* Knowledge of Home Care Packages Program and other related regulations
