Sarina State High School is seeking an exceptional Principal (Level 6) to lead strategic initiatives, shape organisational direction, and deliver enterprise-level impact across our business. You will partner closely with executive leadership to translate strategy into action, manage high-visibility initiatives, and ensure operational excellence at scale. ResponsibilitiesInclude, but not limited to;Lead and inspire a shared vision: Guide the school community in developing, articulating, and committing to a clear, future-focused educational vision that delivers high-quality learning outcomes for all students.Model ethical and values-based leadership: Uphold the principalship as a moral and ethical responsibility, embedding socially just and inclusive practices into everyday school life.Drive high performance and continuous improvement: Set and maintain high standards for student achievement and staff performance, while championing lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.Build strong partnerships and community engagement: Foster meaningful collaboration with parents, government agencies, community organisations, industry, and business to enhance opportunities and outcomes for students.Provide strategic and effective governance: Apply a strong understanding of relevant legislation and policy, and manage financial, human, and physical resources strategically to achieve school goals.Please refer to the attached role description for any mandatory requirements for this position.
