About the role
We have exciting opportunities for Asbestos Removalists to join our team in the Pilbara.
This is a FIFO Role - 2:1 Roster - (Flying out of Perth into the Pilbara)
What you'll be doing
Safely remove and dispose of friable and non-friable asbestos-containing materials in line with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
Operate specialised equipment and tools required for asbestos remediation.
Disposal of asbestos and other hazardous materials.
Minimum Requirements
Valid Driver's Licence.
White Card.
Ability to present for work at all times. Pass a Drug and Alcohol LABDAS and Pre-Employment Medical.
Adhere to Company and Site Safety Standards.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Desirable
Already completed Rio Tinto Inductions.
Working at Heights.
Certificates – Remove Non-Friable Asbestos + Remove Friable Asbestos.
What we offer
Weekly Pay.
FIFO Roster 2:1 from Perth.
Day Shift Only.
Pay brackets of $***** per hour depending on experience.
Western Australian owned and operated company.
Applicants must have full, unrestricted Australian working rights. Flights provided from Perth only.
