We are looking for an experienced school leader for the role of Deputy Principal, School Operations, Student Behaviour and Wellbeing. Working within a strong leadership team and partnering with the Principal, you will demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in leading strategic priorities in a primary school setting. The successful candidate will have a contemporary working knowledge and application of trauma informed practices, inclusive education and positive behaviours for learning.
What you will do
* Work in collaboration with the Principal and leadership team to lead and implement school programs and strategic priorities, including coordinating the day-to-day operations and timetabling across the site
* Lead the implementation of effective transition processes at all levels of schooling which ensures positive learning outcomes for all students
* Provide effective leadership in managing processes and supports for students with disabilities and special needs
* Work cooperatively with the whole school community to lead initiatives to create safe, supportive and respectful teaching and learning environment.
