Your New Role
In this dynamic Internal Sales position, you will be responsible for providing efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling customer enquiries and requests over the phone and via email in a timely manner.
* Providing quotes and generating sales purchase orders.
* Coordinating between departments to see orders are completed and dispatched correctly.
* Providing support to the Sales Representatives with tasks as required.

What We're Looking For
* You're an upbeat and personable professional with experience in customer service and/or sales.
* You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* You have a high level of initiative, proactivity, and self-confidence - you are always prepared to jump in to do what it takes for the team to deliver premium customer service.
* Your high attention to detail and strong time management is second to none.
* You are experienced in Microsoft Office suite and have above average computer skills.
* You have full Australian working rights, as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
