Due to the continued growth and demand from our Blue-Chip Clients, Prime Recruitment are once again in the position to expand the “Team” with a **Experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant/Business Development Professional **to join a **Hot Desk** in our Blue Collar, Engineering/Trades & Industrial wing to our very successful business due to this continued growth both our clients and Prime Recruitment are experiencing. This position includes Business Development/Account Management with both new and existing clients of Prime Recruitment.

- **To be successful for this exciting position you will need the following namely;**_
- Strong recruitment experience across the areas of Blue Collar, Engineering/Trades & Industrial Recruitment & Placements
- Business Development (B2B) experience including developing existing and new business through phone calls, client visits, market research and cross selling from our other divisions within Prime Recruitment
- Excellent presentation and communications skills is a definite
- Resilience and confidence, driven by success
- A professional manner and the ability to communicate effectively with your team members and clients at all levels
- Strong attention to detail, time management and critical thinking ability
- Strong team ethic
- Take pride in your work with drive and dedication to want to be the "Best" at what you do
- The desire to hit the ground running, work at a fast pace and be able to work under pressure to meet our various client's requests and requirements across the business
- Competent in the use of computers and have had a good solid experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
