About the Role
This role involves providing administrative support to ensure the day-to-day activities of the office are efficiently and effectively managed. This includes providing timely and effective support to managers, facilitating communication with residents and/or their families and staff, and maintaining document and data storage.
The successful candidate will have high-level interpersonal, communication skills (written and verbal) and computer literacy, as well as a high attention to detail and previous knowledge of roster planning. They will also possess excellent time management skills and an ability to manage conflicting priorities.
