Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Technician with industry experience to join our busy workshop. The role includes but is not limited to:
Responsibilities
Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance of plant and equipment in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations and manuals, focusing on safety and maximizing production.
Carry out routine and breakdown repairs on a wide range of vehicle and equipment in a timely and effective manner.
Resolve operational or technical equipment problems to minimise manufacturing interruptions from breakdowns or failures.
Plan, schedule and organize own work within the requirements of the work plan, coordinating with other parties as required.
Complete and maintain service and inspection documentation, ensuring compliance.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications
Strong mechanical knowledge of a wide variety of vehicle and equipment.
Mechanical Technician trade qualification or equivalent.
Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
Strong communication skills.
Strong diagnostic abilities.
Self-motivated, organized, punctual and reliable.
Great work ethic.

Benefits
Salary: Between $75,000 and $80,000 per annum + Super.
