Join RACV Goldfields Resort as a Night Auditor or Night Manager and become the presence that keeps our resort running smoothly overnight.
Set between the mineral springs of Daylesford and the historic charm of Ballarat, our resort offers a unique blend of nature, luxury, and opportunity.
Whether you're welcoming late arrivals, resolving issues with care, or ensuring the safety and security of our guests, your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Be Doing
Complete end-of-day reporting and accounting tasks
Oversee overnight operations with professionalism and attention to detail
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
Respond to incidents and emergencies with confidence and care
Conduct property checks and ensure facilities are secure
Support and guide overnight Front Office staff
Communicate clearly across departments and resolve member feedback

What We're Looking For
Experience in face-to-face customer service (hospitality preferred)
Willingness to complete First Aid Level 2, Defibrillation & Anaphylaxis training (provided)
Ability to manage emergency situations with calm and clarity
Flexibility to assist with occasional unscheduled or on-call duties, including weekends
