Job Description
* Create monthly reporting, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
* Conduct month-end reconciliations and assist with financial analysis.
* Support investment evaluations and prepare business proposals for the Investment Committee.
* Assist in preparing presentation materials for current and potential investors (AGM, Annual Results, ASX presentations).
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis and share insights with executives.
* Assist with onboarding new partners and support M&A and refinancing projects.
* Take minutes of meetings and distribute agendas and supporting documentation.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Candidate Will Ideally Have a Public Practice Background (Big 4 Or Mid-Tier), Seeking To Make Their First Move Into Commerce. Key Traits Will Also Include
* A degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Experience in financial modelling and reporting
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
