Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain roster management systems for all services.
* Support delivery of rosters, administrative tasks, and service excellence.
* Collaborate with the Operations Support Manager to resolve issues affecting quality services.
* Utilise rostering software to improve workforce planning and analysis.
* Provide technical assistance with the Childcare Management System (CCMS).
* Assist with leave planning, capacity management, and CCMS platforms.
* Offer email and phone support as needed.
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
* Communicate effectively and propose solutions to workplace matters.
* Develop user guides and contribute to policy development.
Requirements
* Roster creation and maintenance experience.
* Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in computer software and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
