The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated, energetic, team-first Site Engineer to join our growing crew. This is an opportunity to step into a business where your contribution matters, your growth is supported, and your work stays local to the Gold Coast.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the Project Manager and Site Manager to deliver commercial projects
* Managing subcontractor coordination and site documentation
* Assisting with programming and short-term planning
* Ensuring quality assurance and compliance
* Driving productivity while maintaining safety and team standards
* Working collaboratively across all levels of the project team
