 * We are seeking an experienced Events and Partnerships Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event coordination and management, with a strong ability to deliver multiple concurrent corporate events.
About the Role:
 * The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering event activations across trade shows, hospitality experiences, charity events, and other brand-building opportunities.
 * They will also coordinate with internal teams, guests, and vendors to meet marketing goals and exceed expectations.
 * Maintaining a yearly partnership activation calendar, integrating events, sponsorships, and co-marketing opportunities is a key responsibility of this role.
 * Collaboration with the marketing manager to identify and activate new partnership opportunities that support strategic objectives is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Plan, execute, and deliver multiple concurrent corporate events.
 * Execute activations with external partners across sectors like sport, entertainment, hospitality, or tech.
 * Manage corporate events both remotely and in-person.
Requirements:
 * Minimum 3 years in event coordination or management.
 * Proven ability to deliver multiple concurrent corporate events.
 * Experience executing activations with external partners.
 * Working in a high energy, creative, and fast-moving environment.
 * Engaging, clear, and concise stakeholder communication.
Educational Qualifications:
 * Tertiary qualification or applicable experience in event, marketing, or hospitality management.
Additional Information:
 * This role's focus will be on event delivery and partnership activation, though seasonal priorities may shift approximately 75% towards event delivery and 25% towards partnership activation.
