The Role

We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and innovative senior leader to join our leadership team as the Technical Support and Resources Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee educational programs and manage our Support & Resources and Education & Professional Development teams.

As a member of the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping organisational strategy, building partnerships, and delivering high-quality professional development opportunities that advance both our members' skills and the association's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor teams to foster collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
* Develop and deliver educational programs, workshops, webinars, and resources.
* Oversee the creation and management of resources, tools, and best‐practice advice for members.
* Engage with external stakeholders and industry partners.
* Monitor industry trends, legislative changes, and industry developments to inform content and programs.
* Manage day‐to‐day operations of the Support & Resources and Education & Professional Development teams.
* Prepare reports and updates for the Senior Leadership Team and Board.
About You

Proven experience in senior leadership roles within an accounting or bookkeeping practice, educational, professional, or member‐based organisations.

Strong strategic thinking, and team leadership skills.

Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating educational programs and resources.

Confident and capable presenter, comfortable delivering educational content in both webinar and face‐to‐face environments.

Willing and able to undertake occasional interstate travel to support events, training delivery, and team activities.

Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.

A proactive, collaborative, and solution‐oriented approach.

A qualification in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Business, or related a field is required.
