**Customer Experience Team Leader**
**About the Company**
This is an exciting chance to join a company that provides logistics & warehousing solutions to the Home Appliance industry. Our client has distribution Centres located nationwide, this enables quality and timely services to all of Australia.
**About the role**
Working collaboratively with the Customer Experience Manager, you will
lead the NSW Customer Experience Team.
Your key responsibilities will include;
- Provide a high level of customer service to external clients and internal teams
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 12-15
- Review procedures and checklists
- Ensure the team are informed of SLAs and customer enquiries are followed up to completion
- Be the first point of contact for escalations
- Ensure all Company policies and procedures are adhered to
- Raise any staff performance or conduct issues with Customer Experience Manager
**About You**
We are looking for a true professional who will take initiative to understand and anticipate client needs. You will be friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve conflict.
- 2-5 years' experience in a similar role-experience within a 3PL or logistics environment preferred
- Exceptional customer relationship & conflict resolution skills
- Previous experience leading a team to achieve results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks to meet competing deadlines and client demands
- Successful applicants will be required to complete National Police History Check
