Are you a seasoned Change Manager with a knack for navigating the complexities of Digital and Cyber Security? We are looking for a strategic yet hands‐on professional to join a leading Utilities provider during a critical period of infrastructure and digital transformation.
The Role
This isn't just about sending emails; it's about shifting mindsets in a high-stakes environment. You will be responsible for driving the people-side of change for major security uplifts, ensuring that cyber-safe behaviors become second nature across the organization.
* Rate: $1,100 per day (inc. Super)
* Schedule: 4 days per week
* Sector: Utilities / Infrastructure

* Training & Comms: Design and deliver targeted communications and training programs to mitigate resistance and drive adoption of new security protocols.
Your Profile
* Cyber Fundamentals: You don't need to be a coder, but you must have a solid grasp of cyber security principles (NIST, ISO27001, or Essential Eight) and digital project lifecycles.
* Utilities Experience: Prior experience in a regulated industry or utilities/infrastructure space is highly regarded.
* Agility: Proven ability to manage change in fast-paced, complex environments where safety and reliability are paramount.
* Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders who may view security as a 'hurdle' rather than an enabler.
