**About National Trust Queensland & the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary**

**About the Role**
Our International Guests Services Officer will be customer facing and responsible for warmly welcoming all visitors, tour operators and guides to the Sanctuary, including being the first point of contact for any concerns or enquiries from the groups on the day of arrival.
As a friendly customer services professional, you will assist out Global Sales team to coordinate large group arrivals and be present in key locations around the park to assist guests at Koala Photos, WildSkies Free Flight Bird Show and the Kangaroo Paddock/Outback Springs.
As a fluent Korean or Mandarin speaker, you must be able to translate as required for international visitors and be able to promote up-selling of products both personally and through the Reservations team including Koala Photos and food and beverage deals. In this role you will provide a high level of service to ensure our International guests have an experience that builds lasting memories.

**About You**
To be successful in this role, you must have previously worked in a customer facing role and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You will have strong problem-solving and people skills, as well as a positive and helpful attitude.
Other key skills and attributes we are looking for include:
- Have well developed communication skills and can liaise with multiple different nationalities and cultures
- Applicants must be bi-lingual (Mandarin)
- Appropriate fitness level required to walk long distances in all weathers and in an environment with native wildlife including birds and reptiles.
- Experience using Centaman and ROLLER Software or other similar reservation and POS systems would be highly regarded.
- Work experience in the Tourism sector and with International guests would be an advantage.
