We deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging with the latest technology and a strong commitment to patient care. We’re also proud partners of the Fremantle Dockers, Perth Glory, and the Perth and West Perth Football Clubs.

The opportunity

We are seeking a detail-focused and improvement-driven supervisor to join our Commercial team. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will oversee compliance across our sites, equipment, and services, while leading a small team to deliver accurate reporting and continuous improvement.

This role is central to how PRC meets its regulatory, contractual, and accreditation obligations, ensuring we operate to the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee accreditation processes for non-doctor staff, site registrations, and equipment compliance.
- Ensure PRC meets obligations under Medicare, DIAS, poisons control, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Prepare compliance and contract reports, supporting investigations and follow-up actions.
- Lead and develop a small team with a customer service mindset.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting cycles.

About you

- Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage compliance, reporting, or regulatory processes.
- Confident communicator who can work with multiple stakeholders.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and database systems.
- Experience in healthcare or accreditation is desirable, but not essential.
- A mindset that balances accuracy with a drive for continuous improvement.

What we offer

- Competitive salary with regular reviews.
- Flexible working arrangements and on-site parking reimbursement.
- Career growth in a professional, innovative healthcare workplace.
- Corporate discounts on health insurance, gym memberships, and PRC services.
- Employee recognition through our “Thank a Legend” program, team events, and DEI calendar.
- Generous leave entitlements, including paid parental leave and purchased leave options.
- Access to confidential counselling and coaching via our Employee Assistance Program.

We’re committed to building a workplace that reflects the diverse community we serve.

We encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disabilities, and individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
