Opportunity available for a solution focused and results‐oriented Clinical Specialist in Perth. Reporting into the Clinical Team Leader and working as part of the Joint Reconstruction team in WA, you will focus on supporting surgical procedures across our Hip & Knee portfolios.
Responsibilities
* Providing in‐theatre case support and coverage to Orthopaedic Surgeons and delivering in‐servicing, workshops, and training sessions for hospital staff
* Building strong relationships with key Surgeons and operating theatre staff members and optimising opportunities by passing on leads to the Sales Team
* Collaborating with Sales teams to drive product adoption and supporting product rollouts, demo, and evaluations
* Maintaining strong product knowledge through ongoing training and driving clinical excellence through professional and exceptional customer experience
About You
* Tertiary qualification in a health‐related field (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, Chiropractic etc.), and confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment
* Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills
* Self‐starter who is results‐driven and solutions focused
* Autonomous and able to work as part of a team, and is organised with good time‐management skills
