Technical Field Engineer
Location: Darwin, NT, Australia
What success looks like in this role: This Technical Field Engineer ensures that our federal government client's systems stay secure, reliable, and mission‐ready through expert on‐site technical support and strong client engagement.
Responsibilities include:
* Installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer‐related products including desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals.
* Performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution in a deskside support setting.
* Supporting a corporate Windows environment.
* Performing desktop support, server support, hardware, network, and software installation and troubleshooting.
* Printing (installation, deployment, configuration, disposals).
* Software and hardware diagnostic skills, building/upgrading PCs.
* Test and Tag experience highly regarded.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 6 months experience in a deskside support environment.
* NV1 or NV2 security clearance must be held.
* Driver's License required.
