* Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
* Provide support for audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
* Collaborate with various departments to improve financial performance and processes.
* Support the implementation of financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency.
Profile
A successful Senior Management Accountant should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, CA).
* Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
* Proven experience in management accounting within the property industry.
* Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
* Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
* Ability to communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
