This company is all Australian owned, with a fast growing team and a strong pipeline of property growth planned. They currently require a Centre Manager to manage a newly built, bustling neighbourhood shopping centre down the NSW coast, in the Wollongong / Shellharbour area.
Monday - Friday
Work directly for the Landlord / Owner
Previous experience working in a Shopping Centre Management team essential
Responsibilities
Budgeting for the centre, under the guidance of an Asset Manager
Building strong relationships with the local community and other stakeholders
Initiating, establishing and maintaining relationships with retailers
Identifying casual / pop-up leasing opportunities
Financial Management including forecasting and ensuring financial targets are met
Identifying opportunities for cost savings
Day to day repairs / maintenance of the property
Managing Contractors
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a Shopping Centre Management team, with strong financial acumen and management skills. Confident negotiation, conflict resolution and presentation skills are also necessary. Most importantly, you must have exceptional communication skills and be able to develop strong relationships with retailers and external stakeholders.
