We are a busy Chartered Accounting firm located in Barton, looking to recruit an enthusiastic, organised, personable person to join our admin team.

As part of the team, you will enjoy a busy and challenging role with opportunities to show initiative and ownership of your tasks. The role will include making appointments, responding to client queries, as well as providing specific administrative assistance to our team of accountants. These tasks include using our internal software to lodge tax returns, contacting the ATO on behalf of clients, managing a number of inboxes and actioning administrative requests as and when required.
As part of this role, you will need:

* Strong IT skills including working in excel spreadsheets and internal databases.
* Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage workload.
