About the Role
Based at Wyong Hospital, you’ll play a key role in delivering professional security services across a busy healthcare environment. Working as part of a committed team, you'll help maintain a safe and secure setting for staff, patients, and visitors by upholding strict security protocols. As this is a 24/7 operation, you'll need flexibility to work a rotating roster that includes day, night, and weekend shifts.

About You
* Hold a current and valid 1A Security Licence, First Aid certificate, and NSW Driver’s Licence
* Experienced in conflict resolution, with a strong focus on delivering respectful and high-quality customer service in challenging situations
* Team-oriented professional with a commitment to supporting the community through effective security work.
* Demonstrated experience in access control, intruder alarms and duress alarms.
* Physically capable of managing aggressive persons in a health environment.
