Role Overview:As a UX Copywriter, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise and user-friendly content across our digital platforms. With a strong desire to simplify complex concepts, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences that educate, inform and empower our business banking customers.Reporting to our Senior UX Copywriter, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of UX writing or content design experience to join our growing team of top performers.
Responsibilities:Writing, editing and optimising customer-facing copy across our digital platforms.Partnering with Product Owners, Experience Designers, UI Designers, Experience Researchers, Business Analysts, Compliance, Marketing and other stakeholders to enhance our digital journeys and customer experiences.Contributing to and applying our Digital Content Style Guide for improved consistency across digital assets.Observing user testing sessions to better understand the needs and preferences of our customers.Participating in our Content Club and Experience Huddles to help uplift and champion our craft.
Skills Required:Strong UX writing skills with a keen eye for detail.Demonstrated experience writing and editing UX content for digital products or services, including websites and apps.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working in a cross-functional team in an agile environment.Figma skills to enable collaboration with designers.
Technical and Innovation Skills (Preferred):Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and automation workflows.Exposure to Figma plugin development or API integration.Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for digital content alignment.Interest in structured content models and how automation can improve scalability and consistency.
