Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to do some short term conveyancing work at various intervals throughout the year. This may be carried out remotely as long as you have experience in Queensland conveyancing / construction law. You will be an experienced user of e-conveyancing and modern conveyancing tools such as LEAP to simplify electronic conveyancing and improve accuracy in settlement calculations.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of Queensland conveyancing/construction law.
- Leap Conveyancing software
- Short term contract/Work remotely
Qualifications
Suitable candidates will have proven experience of commercial conveyancing in construction. You will have a strong understanding of QLD property law and conveyancing procedures and be proficient with conveyancing software (e.g., PEXA, Smokeball, LEAP). You will have excellent communication and client service skills and ability to manage multiple files with attention to detail.

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
