We are seeking a skilled and experiencedLandscape Gardenerto join our team. As a Landscape Gardener, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining outdoor spaces, ensuring they are attractive, functional, and safe.
Responsibilities :
* Design and install landscapes, including plant selection, irrigation systems, and hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls
* Maintain landscapes, including pruning, fertilizing, watering, and pest control
* Operate and maintain equipment, including mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and other power tools
* Interact with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide recommendations for improvement
* Manage and train a team of gardeners to ensure quality and efficiency in daily operations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in landscape design and maintenance
* Knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and hardscape features
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment
* Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Degree or certification in landscape design, horticulture, or related field preferred
