The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving sales and engagement with existing customers and future prospects.

* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Australia and New Zealand
* Develop and maintain the annual marketing calendar
* Coordinate cooperative promotions for valued suppliers, in collaboration with the product team
* Create post-campaign reports with actionable insights to improve future campaign performance
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
* Create communication plans to support campaigns with our store network and key stakeholders
* Ensure accurate and timely production of all campaign materials, including EDMs, print, website content, social media, digital assets, and POS materials
* Brief campaign requirements to designers, digital marketing, e-commerce, and our media agency
* Lead meetings for campaign planning, debriefs, and ongoing work-in-progress updates to ensure alignment and efficiency across teams

Required Skills and Qualifications
">
* Degree in Marketing/Business (or similar) or relevant industry experience
* 5+ years of marketing experience. A retail background is highly regarded.
* Detail-oriented and proactive with a proven ability to manage priorities to meet tight deadlines
* Proven track record of working autonomously with the ability to lead large integrated marketing campaigns across multiple teams
* Experience using all social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role with a strong ability to influence others and communicate with multiple stakeholders
* Ability to think creatively and outside the box
* A keen eye for detail
* Capable of rapidly adopting new processes and systems
* An amazing can-do attitude in line with our philosophies
* Experience working with:
o Meta Ads Manager
o Project management platforms e.g Asana, Monday, Jira etc
o Website CMS platforms e.g Magento, Shopify
o Google Analytics and other business insights platforms
o Adobe Creative Suite, preferred but not essential
