Due to project wins, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager with tier 1 or tier 2 experience on projects valued up to $15m HVAC / Mechanical.
Position Details
Position: HVAC Project Manager
Location: Sydney
Project: Large Multi Resi Mixed with commercial project (Class 2)
Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of the HVAC package for a cutting-edge high-rise residential & commercial building during the construction phase.
Manage all HVAC works including design, installation, and commissioning.
Coordinate with key stakeholders, contractors, and the wider project team to ensure timely delivery.
Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and project documentation.
Manage budget, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in electrical or HVAC project management in construction.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems.
Experience delivering projects between $5m – $15m HVAC value (desired but not essential).
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Full Australian working rights and be a Permanent Resident or Citizen.
