Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and capable Fire Servicing Admin Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our fire safety services department, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of our services for customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create jobs for the Fire Servicing team in a timely and efficient manner.
* Communicate effectively with customers and tenants about upcoming works and scheduling jobs.
* Prepare completed jobs for invoicing, including any required reports, to ensure seamless payment processing.
* Manage jobs in Fire Servicing to ensure timely completion, meeting customer expectations.
* Update customer records, assets, and sites accurately and efficiently.
* Provide administrative support to the Fire Servicing manager and team as needed.
* Oversee Fire Service stock levels to prevent shortages and optimize inventory.
* Ensure timely payments from customers, maintaining a positive cash flow.
