Due to growth, our agency is seeking a Customer Focused Property Manager to join our growing team.
You'll be supported by a hands on, supportive team leader who values collaboration, mentoring and professional growth, in an office who values you.
This role is perfect for:
* A junior property manager/property management based receptionist or assistant ready to step up into a more autonomous role
* An experienced property manager seeking flexibility, including potential school hours for the right candidate
The role:
* You'll manage a well-maintained portfolio capped at 100 properties, allowing you to focus on providing amazing service quality rather than high volume.
* No trust accounting required.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a residential property portfolio end-to-end
* Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Conducting routine inspections and preparing detailed reports
* Entry and exit inspections
* Seeking approval for maintenance from Landlords and liaising with trades
* Managing arrears and lease renewals
* Ensuring compliance with current legislation
What we're looking for :
* Someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and have a conversation with clients
* A genuine customer-first mindset
* Strong communication and problem solving skills
* Excellent organisation and time management
* Attention to detail
* Current real estate registration/licence (or working towards it)
* Experience with PropertyMe and Inspection Express
* Previous property management experience preferred (all levels considered)
* Please you will need a driver's licence and reliable car
