You will be part of a dynamic team in Launceston, assisting engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain essential services.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and product information
* Offer quotes both in person and over the phone
* Contribute to pick packing and stock control activities
* Maintain a tidy and safe working environment
* Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service with a passion for helping others
* A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations
* The ability to efficiently pick orders, manage shop floor displays and provide accurate information
* Basic computer literacy and a desire to learn new systems
* A valid driver's license
