Responsibilities
* Achieve consistent results by coaching and developing up to 10 staff members who possess strong time management and operational skills, enabling them to effectively manage wages, rosters, budgets, and KPIs.
* Maintain high volume product levels while ensuring impeccable Visual Merchandising (VM) and administration standards across the store.
* Cultivate passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through streamlined processes that foster collaboration between team members.
* Prioritize tasks efficiently under pressure while managing massive stock turnover expectations on a daily basis.
