Kitchen & Cleaning Duties
Maintain cleanliness in kitchen preparation and storage areas; operate dishwashing machines; follow deep‐cleaning schedules and proper waste disposal procedures.
Stock & Equipment Handling
Assist with receiving, sorting and storing stock; ensure equipment is cleaned, sanitized and properly maintained; report maintenance needs.
Food Prep Support
Help prepare ingredients and staff meals as directed; support chefs during service; follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working in a hotel or restaurant environment at a managerial level
* Relevant food preparation and service knowledge
This is a hands‐on physically demanding role requiring energy and resilience. Candidates must be comfortable with standing for long periods, lifting equipment and working in a fast‐paced environment.
