**Job Title: Graduate Supply Chain Specialist**
The role involves overseeing the receipt, storage and dispatch of parts to ensure accurate and efficient warehouse operations. This includes maintaining a high standard of presentation and adhering to safety protocols.
A key aspect of this position is managing inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts and stock adjustments. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating inbound freight, replenishing stock from central distribution centers and local suppliers.
* Operate and maintain our ERP system (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) for all goods movement and learn essential processes related to parts and service management.
* Support workshop efficiency by supplying parts to service technicians and assisting trade customers at the front counter.

Key Responsibilities:
* Warehouse Operations: Receive, put-away, pick, and dispatch parts accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain warehouse presentation and adhere to health and safety standards.
* Inventory & Logistics: Conduct cycle counts, manage stock levels, coordinate inbound freight, and assist with replenishment.
* SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud: Operate the core ERP system for all goods movement and learn essential processes.

Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Commerce, Engineering or a similar field.
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to undertake hands-on warehouse tasks.
* Good communication skills and positive team-focused approach.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic dealership environment.
